The current state of film and television assets is fragmented with demand on all types of quality assets growing faster the market can satisfy Content distributed over the Internet via consumers’ televisions, computers, and mobile devices at LTE speeds has become the new normal, with the average connection speed in the world increased by 30% within the past year. INTEGRATED PLATFORM & INTERFACE
Our OTT/VOD platform will function as a delivery mechanism for content that can be immediately distributed in 9 different languages, featuring content based on the consumer’s viewing habits. The user interface will also be bespoke, combining VOD with genre-inspired streaming channels for multiple viewing experiences. The key to our service will be integrating our AI with the MilCoin Network platform to create opportunities for viewers to share bandwidth and mine MilCoin simply by watching a movie and answering surveys generated by the system.
In addition to distribution, MilCoin Network will be producing original programming to further build a library of highly valuable television assets: by consistently developing, selling, and producing new television shows.
To develop new content, we intend to solicit scripted and unscripted pitches and packages from show creators via top agencies and develop scripts internally according to proven formats for the US and international markets. We will capitalize on these assets by licensing them to networks and produce episodes of programs that are picked up. SHORT TERM PLANS
MilCoin Network plans to reinvest all profits in advertising, thus providing an aggressive growth in popularity of the service in the first half of the year and steady subsequent growth. We plan to reach 10,000,000 unique visitors per day before the end of the first year. Ten million users a day will generate an average of 20 – 60 thousand views of each title per month. By keeping at least 50% growth during the first 2-3 years, MilCoin Network will be able to reach $13 million USD quarterly profit by the end of the 9th quarter of the service existence.
LONG TERM PLANS
After processing approximately 1,000 films, LatAm will begin to expand the market to international classics. We plan to develop a system to work with our service for content aggregators, whose customers are interested in publishing their films on our service. This will allow our VOD service to come out on market in the full scale and compete with many existing projects. In the future, we plan to enter into agreements with manufacturers of entertainment equipment (TV boxes, TVs, home theatres) regarding inclusion of our application into the standard set of Smart TVs.
